- Dry Van Drivers earn: $0.595 - $0.71 CPM*
- Dry Van Drivers earn: $68,000 - $92,000 per year**
- Refrigerated Drivers earn: $0.625 – $0.71 CPM*
- Refrigerated Drivers earn: $71,500 - $92,000 per year**
- Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM
- CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week
- $500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay

CDL-A Driver Requirements:
Dry Van:
- Valid CDL-A, 21+
- 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years
- Safe driving record
Refrigerated:
- Valid CDL-A, 21+
- At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required
- Refrigerated experience
- Safe driving record
